Behavioral Health Link is a comprehensive program to service individuals who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis (mental health and/or substance abuse use) by establishing a community based, 24/7 hotline and triage center. BH has 5 treatment bays and can assist 8-10 individuals at one time.
BH Link provides immediate treatment and help for people and connect them to appropriate care, 24/7 with access to the following services:
Crisis Management and Stabilization
Clinical Assessment
System Navigation
Emergency Medication Prescribing
Psychiatric Consultation Services
Peer Support
Mobile Crisis Unit
Continued Engagement and Connection to Follow-Up Services
Connections to Treatment and Recovery Support
Connections to Recovery Housing
Care Management
