Description
Palliative and supportive home care for terminally ill patients and families. Facilities include Phillip Hulitar Center, a ten bed inpatient facility for short term symptom management or in the last stages of life. Support groups for bereaved children, teens and adults to help them cope with the loss of a loved one, including a Latino Drop-In Group. Speakers Bureau. Outreach.
