The Domestic Violence Resource Center of South County works toward a future free from violence. They work collaboratively to offer safety, support, advocacy, education and a network of services to residents of Washington County. DVRCSC has a confidential safe home for women who face homelessness as a result of domestic violence. Additional services include a Drop-In Advocacy Center, Support Groups and One-on-One Counseling by appointment. They offer education and outreach on the subject of healthy relationships, dating violence, cyber stalking and techno-abuse. City of Warwick’s Transwick service provides transportation services to otherwise homebound Warwick residents 55 and older who are living independently, as well as adults with disabilities living independently. Transwick addresses the transportation needs of those without alternate means of transportation or other opportunities for socialization. This service is limited to certain destinations within the City of Warwick and is not intended to supplement, extend, or subsidize services provided by other vendors or for-profit institutions. The following is a list of all of the destinations you may reach through the Transwick program based on availability: Weekly grocery shopping, Pharmacy Transportation, Health screenings and social service programs at Warwick's senior center, Monthly retail shopping, All recreational and educational programs at the city's senior and community centers. FirstWorks has built deep, ongoing relationships with over 30 public and charter schools across Rhode Island to provide access to artists and help fill the gap left from severe public spending cuts. The program features workshops taught by leading artists who provide rich experiential learning in a classroom setting, allows students and their families to attend world-class performances, and provides professional development and lesson plans for teachers.

Provide support and training to deaf individuals with diverse disabilities. The philosophy of our program is to provide social, habilitation and employment services to deaf people with diverse disabilities and others with unique communication needs in an independence and empowerment-based model that facilitates living, learning and working successfully as integrated members of the community. Services are concentrated in four areas: Day Program, Residential Program, Employment Services (training, internship, job coaching, paid employment) and Community Outreach/Involvement, which includes attending cultural and civic events, volunteering with neighborhood clean-up and enhancement projects, and working with staff at Fairs and Conventions to promote Corliss services and activities to parents, schools, businesses and public agencies.

The East Greenwich Police Department has 32 police officers, an animal control officer, parking control officer, 5 dispatchers, an administrative assistant and a secretary. The officers have received CPR, Automatic Emergency Defibrillator and first aid training.
