Cedar Crest Subacute and Rehabilitation programs, a 156 bed medical center, were designed for patients with physical, medical and cognitive impairments who would benefit from patient-centered care and an interdisciplinary team approach. Our goal is to work with patients to achieve their optimum level of functioning. When those treatment goals are met, the patient is ready to move on.

The Rhode Island Donation Exchange Program is a nonprofit social enterprise managed by Comprehensive Community Action Program (CCAP) that solicits donations of quality furniture from individuals and businesses in the community. To help us further our mission, these items are passed along and sold to the public. Though our RI Donation Exchange Discount Program, qualified individuals and families who have been referred to our program by human service organizations receive an additional discount on all items. No item is priced over $350.
Pick-Up Services:
Rhode Island Donation Exchange offers FREE curbside pick-up for qualifying donations. Please email photos of the furniture to [email protected]. In addition, we offer ReStore Priority Pick-up through ReSupply Service (Fee-Based). This service allows donors to schedule a speedy priority pick-up online within 48 hours. There is a charge for this service. By taking advantage of ReSupply’s services, you can get items out of your home faster, with fewer restrictions.
Delivery Services:
Rhode Island Donation Exchange offers Curbside Delivery for a $50 fee. You will need to provide help to assist with loading and unloading.

Smith Hill Community Development Corporation (CDC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing. Smith Hill CDC offers home ownership and rental opportunities in the Smith Hill and Wanskuck neighborhoods of Providence, Rhode Island.
Since its incorporation over 175 rental, homeowner, condominium, and landlord units have been established. Additionally, it is the first CDC in Rhode Island to offer Permanent Supportive Housing for survivors of domestic violence.
As well as housing development and management, the Smith Hill CDC offers resident services, community garden beautification, youth programming, and neighborhood events.
