Renaissance Project is a tax-credit project that renovated apartments on on Goddard Street. With this project, 30 units were completely rehabbed and transformed into affordable apartments.

TSARI tries to define the needs of Rhode Islanders with Tourette Syndrome and their families to design services for them. Visiting Nurse Home & Hospice offers home care for women with early maternity discharge and post-partum complications. Services include: Breast feeding instruction and support; Wound care; Post partum care and monitoring for complications; Nutritional support; Assessment for maternal depression. Home care is provided to infants and children who have had surgery, an injury, or an illness. Services Included: Wound care; Cast care; Asthma care; Care for new diabetics; Care for seizure disorders; Medication administration; Physical, occupational, or speech therapies; Instruction in use of home medical equipment; Care for premature infants from Special Care Nurseries and Neonatal Intensive Care Units.

Community Care Alliance strives to empower people experiencing economic insecurity, mental illness and addiction, housing issues, and trauma-related concerns. They provide clinical and support services for individuals and families with long-term needs associated with mental illness and substance abuse. Their goal is to help people live as independently and as fully integrated within the community as possible These might include basic needs assistance to address emergencies— counseling, treatment, support services and residential programs for individuals and families impacted by serious mental illness and addiction— emergency and supportive housing to prevent homelessness and promote stabilization— alternative education and services for families with young children and adolescents— and employment, financial literacy and vocational training to improve self-sufficiency.

The quality of our treated drinking water is regulated by the US Environmental Protection Agency and the Rhode Island Department of Health. Our revenue and rate structure is regulated by the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission. A seven member Providence Water Supply Board of Directors determines corporate policy. It is the mission of this Board to ensure that water customers receive a safe and reliable water supply for drinking and fire protection. This group is comprised of dedicated private citizens and public officials and is committed to fair and equitable service to all customers and property owners in our service area. Four board members are appointed by the mayor, two are appointed by the city council president and one (ex-officio) is the City's Finance Director.

Burrillville Animal Control Shelter returns stray animals to their owners, places unclaimed animals in homes, enforces local animal control ordinances and state animal care regulations, educates and provides referrals to the public, and assists residents in advertising pets needing new homes via the internet.

Pawtucket Animal Shelter is a municipal animal shelter located in Slater Park in the City of Pawtucket, RI. The shelter provides temporary care and housing for stray and/or abandoned animals found in the city.

YPI is committed to building a strong and vocal community of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQQ) youth and their allies to ensure that they are heard and accepted as members and leaders in our community. Youth, ages 13-23, are encouraged to hang out in YPIs Drop-In Center, participate in activities and programming, or use other services such as tutoring or support services. YPI’s drop-in center is a hang out space for LGBTQQ young people and their allies. Play some games, eat a healthy meal, get support and make new friends in a welcoming environment! There’s something different happening every day so come take a dance class, participate in a workshop, do yoga or talk about changing the world. Or just hang out! Check out our calendar of events to see upcoming programs and activities. Services include: training and education on HIV prevention for youth service organizations, schools, and community groups.

Roberts Health Center’s residents have access to medical, dental, podiatric, x-ray and rehabilitation Services. If hospitalization is necessary, it will be provided under a transfer agreement with South County, Newport, Rhode Island, Roger Williams, Kent, Fatima, and Westerly Hospitals. All other instate or out of state Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Home Care Agencies may be used as deemed appropriate.
