Assisted Daily Living, Inc. provides clients with a wide array of services designed to ensure superior patient care in the familiar comfort of home, often providing a happier and more affordable alternative to nursing, or assisted living facilities. Services can be arranged for a few hours a week or around the clock. ADL begins by reviewing the specific needs of the client through discussions with family members, as well as the care recipient's doctor, social workers or therapists. A customized program of care is developed to manage the client's daily needs. ADL will match the clients needs to the best possible caregiver, based on both professional experience and on ability characteristics. THERAPIST'S - PT, OT, ST: Therapists including physical therapists, occupational and speech therapists assist in the rehabilitation of those with physical injuries or disease. Restoration of mobility, strength, dexterity, balance and communication skills is often the purpose for therapy. Helping individuals who are disabled by physical injuries or disease to regain maximum function with activities of daily living is always a main priority.

Residential facility for adult males, 18+, recovering from substance abuse addiction. Intensive day program as well as intensive non-residential evening program for adult/adolescent males/females. Outpatient substance abuse counseling and group therapy. Also provides counseling for domestic violence, gambling, and anger management services for men, women and children over six.

The substance abuse task force identifies and addressed the issue of substance abuse in the city and its mission is to develop, implement, and advocate for effective community-based prevention initiatives.

We aim to provide students with opportunities to develop the knowledge, skills, and moral character necessary to successfully contribute to society.

Project Outreach’s food pantry serves more than 500 families a month.

In addition to skills-building, we provide support to prepare job seekers for the work world, job placement assistance and education supports. Financial Education & Coaching: Includes group training, one‐on‐one coaching, budgeting, credit repair, help with opening a checking or savings account, home ownership, mortgage default or reverse mortgage counseling, and free tax preparation.

Non-profit membership organization providing information, education, resources and referral, advocacy and monthly support groups through our Resource Center. Education and prevention trainings free of charge to schools, professional agencies and community organizations.

Scituate Vista Apartments—consists of 154 one bedroom midrise, 54 one bedroom townhouse, and 16 two bedroom midrise and 8 two bedroom townhouse apartments and is smoke free. 62+, handicapped or disabled.

The NIT Office of Social Service Programs (OSSP) provides eligible Tribal Members who reside within our established service area, with access to social service programs including: General Assistance, Child Welfare Services, payment assistance with Burial expenses, payment assistance with Housing (rental, relocation, mortgage), Food and Clothing vouchers, Weatherization/Cooling/Heat, and payment assistance with Utilities, Emergency Hardship, and Family/Community Services.

A supported employment program operating a plant and flower shop which provides work opportunities for adults with persistent psychiatric disabilities. Source of income: Grant from MHRH, retail sales, private foundation, fundraisers.

Psychiatric Nursing Services: We provide psychiatric nurses to our clients who are in need of psychological support. Our psychiatric nurses coordinate with your psychiatric care providers, as well as monitor and administer your medication.

**Holiday programs for clients ONLY. ** Seven adolescent programs, ages 10 to 18, that provide continually less restrictive services, both residential and outreach, within the same philosophical framework. Clients are offered the option of residential treatment, pre-independent living, group home, foster home and/or outreach worker. Source of income: DCYF funding

Theatre By The Sea produces 4 Musical Theatre Performances, and 5 Children's Festival Productions each summer.

Volunteers are needed for Friendly visiting and telephoning programs. Their role is to provide companionship, encouragement and support. Volunteers are required to attend training, satellite meetings and regional workshops. Volunteers will visit in person or by phone a homebound elder, nursing home or assisted living resident, or veteran once a week for one hour. Volunteers will act as an advocate on their behalf when necessary.

Provides home care services such as Certified Nursing Assistant, homemakers and companions to assist clients in their homes with activities of daily living. Agency is the alternative to help maintain independence and the ability to remain in the comfort of one's own home.
