RSVP involves community members 55 years and older interested in socializing with others, working in the community, and learning new skills to provide quality services to our East Bay community. Volunteers provide various services through our partner programs. Volunteers tackle issues like food insecurity, isolation in the community, tax preparation, and health insurance counseling.

Youth Transition For young people with disability, life before completing high school is very different than life afterwards. OSCIL provides a variety of services to help students and recent graduates gain the skills and resources needed to make this transition into adulthood. Assisting youth in transitioning from high school to adult life is a core service provided by OSCIL, including next steps such as going to college or finding employment. Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a home based program that supports parents by teaching them the skills they need to teach their children and enhance their development and also supports families with monthly community activities and family events.
