The Adult Day Services Program provides an array of supportive services designed to upgrade and increase the activities of daily living for older persons dependent upon continual family support and supervision. The major goal of the program is to reduce the potential for institutionalization of dependent elderly individuals otherwise at risk, and to increase their quality of life through the enhancement of their activities of daily living. The program provides supervised supportive care for frail elderly persons to meet the needs of the functionally impaired individual. Outpatient Counseling Services Counseling is provided in an office-setting for addictions, including problem gambling. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Our new Rise to Recovery PHP program helps individuals and family members recover from the negative consequences and life issues associated with substance use and addiction. Residential Substance Use Treatment Treatment and around-the-clock support provides men with the opportunity to focus on their recovery from chemical dependency. Our supportive services can become a part of your safety net after discharge as well. Recovery Housing Sober housing and support services are available who have recently completed a residential treatment program to help them along the road to recovery.
