Maternal Child Home Visiting provides child development, health and social services to newborns and their families as well as families with young children. Healthy Families America (HFA) is designed to help parents with understanding and caring for their infant’s needs, building strong parent child connections, breastfeeding and feeding support, and helping children learn and grow to reach their potential. Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a home based program that supports parents by teaching them the skills they need to teach their children and enhance their development and also supports families with monthly community activities and family events. Both programs enrolls pregnant families and families with children up to 4 years old. Both programs are free and help families connect with other services and supports that they feel they need.

The rapid hepatitis C tests provide results in approximately 20 minutes. All tests are done with a simple finger prick that collects a drop of blood. (An oral swab test may be available. If you elect to use an oral swab test, it is recommended you do not eat, brush your teeth, or floss for 30 minutes prior to the test.)

Services: Provides therapeutic day services to victims of Alzheimer's Disease or a related dementia as well as education, support and advocacy for family caregivers. The Center is a safe, secure and happy "home away from home" where participants are encouraged to be optimally independent, but where assistance is always close at hand. The staff team includes registered and licensed practical nurses, case managers, certified nursing assistants and activity professionals who create individualized plans of care for each client.
