Caregiver Homes of Rhode Island’s community-based program helps families provide high-quality, 24-hour care for elders at home. They help make it possible for a family member or friend to become the primary in-home caregiver by providing them with the support and financial assistance they need. The Structured Family Caregiving model is known as RIte @ Home.

A Batterers Intervention Program is a psycho-educational group led by trained professional facilitators. Each meeting is an hour and a half to two hours long, and meetings are held every week for a minimum of 20 weeks. Fees are collected, but programs can make accommodations as needed. Ask your parole officer or program staff about available options. Participants are held accountable for their attendance, must be on time, and cannot miss a meeting. An important part of the Providence Art Club's mission is the preservation of four historic buildings. From the early years of the organization's existence, these properties have been the face of the Club to the public and the pulsating hub of the members activities. Together, the four buildings symbolize art and culture, history and architecture, all characteristics that define our Club as well as our home city.

Grand Islander Center is located on Aquidneck Island. They provide Alzheimer's/dementia care in a secure Homestead Unit; LongTerm, Palliative, Restorative and Pain Management Care; and intensive nursing and rehabilitative care for patients recovering from surgery or illness in their Transitional Care Unit. Grand Islander Center is the recipient of the American Health Care Association's Bronze, Silver and Gold Quality Awards.

The Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Unit investigates and mediates consumer complaints concerning unfair and unlawful business practices and misleading advertising arising out of alleged violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. If groups of people are victimized by a deceptive trade practice, this office may file in the Superior Court a civil investigative demand, which is a formal investigation. In appropriate cases, a lawsuit to stop the illegal business practice may be initiated. Apart from carrying out its statutory responsibilities, the Unit also provides information and referral services to the general public. Consumers are directed to the appropriate governmental or private agencies for help in answering specialized questions or resolving disputes that are not within the Unit's jurisdiction.

CLCF in its entirety is a self-supporting, non-profit organization. The Board of Directors, coaches, and all adult personnel are unpaid volunteers. It is the most varied and one of the largest sports organizations in the United States CLCF Sports league in Cranston, organizes space, time and coaches in the followign sports: Boys Basketball, Boxing, Cheerleading, Cross Country, Football, Golf, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Tennis, Track & Field, Wrestling.

VSA arts Rhode Island, in collaboration with the RI Department of Education, provides arts programming for special education and at-risk students in grades K-12 at approximately two- dozen school sites per year. Professional artists-in-residence work with children in the visual, literary, and performing arts. 13 room home for community based program is located on the periphery of Pawtucket's business district. The primary objective is to provide residential services for adolescent males. As members of the community, the residents are afforded the opportunity to participate in a variety of educational, recreational and cultural programs. All residents attend school locally with staff providing supplementary and remedial academic assistance. The program provides a clinican licensed at the independent level which may include a licensed psychologist, a licensed mental health professional, a licensed independent social worker or a licensed marriage and family therapist. The clinician will have weekly individual and group contact with each resident and provide consultation to staff, DCYF caseworkers and the resident's parent or guardian. Family therapy will also be provided when appropriate. The clinician will also provide consultation with other mental health professionals, school personnel and assist with crisis intervention while making appropriate treatment referrals.
