Using innovative sustainable practices, the managers of Watson Farm continue the tradition of pastoral husbandry, grazing Heritage Red Devon cattle and sheep on the scenic seaside pastures. The farmers produce 100% grass-fed beef and lamb and wool blankets for local markets. The house, still used as the farmers’ residence, is not open to the public.

Smoking allowed in designated outdoor areas;

***Financial assistance, including rent and utilities, to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking who are fleeing abusive situations, at risk of becoming homeless or at risk of returning to their abuser as a result of COVID-19. Supportive services will also be provided, including expanded hotline hours, more clinical support, additional advocacy services and assistance with basic needs such as food and transportation.

Hospital charity care requirements cover those essential services necessary to diagnose, correct, or cure a medical condition that endangers life, causes pain and suffering, results in illness or infirmity, or causes a physical deformity or malfunction. Both inpatient and outpatient services are included.
To receive full charity care, patients annual family income must be up to and including 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. For partial charity care, patients annual family income must be between 200% and 300% of the Federal Poverty Level may receive assistance based on a sliding scale. In addition to income, hospitals have the option to consider other assets. Also must be denied from Medicaid first depending on income. Patients who get accepted will receive financial aid for a year.
