  • Independent Aging Services Program: Transport assistance for homebound seniors or disabled adults to healthcare appointments, pharmacies, grocery stores and housing appointments; Delivery of food Meals on Wheels and/or farmers’ markets (or placement at a food pantry); Grocery shopping and delivery for a senior client; Companionship/visitation for a home bound older senior and/or respite care for their full-time caregiver; Minor home repairs (very minor—larger jobs are referred to partner agencies), fall clean ups and snow removal for walkways for senior safety.
