Couples' Shelter: The only emergency shelter in the state for couples without children, offers case management for four couples in scattered apartments. Provides advocacy in court for the best interests of children who are the victims of abuse and/or neglect and are therefore involved with the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) and the Rhode Island Family Court.
