The mission of the Rhode Island Contractors' Registration and Licensing Board is to safeguard the consumers rights related to contracted improvements to residential property, while providing a fair and positive environment for the construction industry. The CRLB is an agency within the Department of Business Regulation’s, Division of Building, Design, and Fire Professionals. Sutterfield homes is a mixed property offering 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments at market rate and also participating in the Housing Tax Credit Program. This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month.
