Primary victim of abuse; sexual, physical and/or neglect. 3. Parents/caregivers will participate in the child's counseling by; completing outcome assessments in addition to engaging in collateral therapeutic sessions. 4. Child should not be engaged in other clinical services while receiving counseling from CTRC.
