The program for 60 King calls for a total of 60 affordable and market-rate apartments, including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The rents for the project will be targeted to a range of different income levels: 47 units will be underwritten at 60% of area median income, 7 units will have rents set at 30% of area median income, and 6 units will be unrestricted, market-rate apartments. 60 King will be financed with a blend of low-income housing tax credits, federal historic tax credits, state historic tax credits, as well as soft debt from Rhode Island Housing and the City of Providence.

Please check back regularly as we will be updating offerings often. The Jamestown Senior Center is located at 6 West Street. We offer weekday full service luncheons for a suggested donation of $3.00. Hot meals are available for in-house dining with a separate cold sandwich option for Grab & Go to be picked up at the Senior Center between 11:30am and 12:30pm. Hot meals are for those dining in. Dining in is from 11:15am-12:15pm. Menu is available in the "Lunch Menu" folder to the left. Reservations should be made 48 hours in advance.

The Rhode Island Academy of Family Physicians (RIAFP) is a 189-active, 13 Life, 50 Resident, and 400 student member of the Rhode Island affiliate of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the largest primary care physician organization in the United States.
RIAFP supports ongoing physician education, works with residents in primary care, and advocates public policies to improve the health care system. RIAFP works with the RI Medical Society and the RI Department of Health, to achieve those aims.
Members staff private practices and community health centers, deliver babies, make home visits, and treat patients at every hospital in Rhode Island. Doctors work with schools, day care centers, nursing homes, and care for entire families from every community in the state.
