Grand Islander Center is located on Aquidneck Island. They provide Alzheimer's/dementia care in a secure Homestead Unit; LongTerm, Palliative, Restorative and Pain Management Care; and intensive nursing and rehabilitative care for patients recovering from surgery or illness in their Transitional Care Unit.
