An emphasis is placed on residents succeeding, dignity, and support of family members. Short Term Rehabilitative Care Short Term Rehabilitative Care is designed for individuals in need of rehabilitation following hip or knee replacement, heart attack, stroke, or other acute medical event. Our goal is to rehabilitate individuals to restore their previous level of functioning with the goal of returning back to their home. Skilled nursing services; on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapies are available. Short term stays range from one week to several weeks, depending upon the individual’s medical condition. Hospice Suite The Hospice Suite provides care for terminally ill individuals who qualify for general inpatient level of care. The Suite affords residents a lovely homelike environment with ample room for visiting family members.
