RHDRI offers a full range of Supported Employment Services to Participants who are interested in starting or moving forward with goals of securing or maintaining competitive employment in an integrated setting. They start with the philosophy that each individual at RHDRI is focused on finding a role in their community that is meaningful, supported and positive for both the individual client and the community at large.
Resources for Human Development-RI helps adults with developmental disabilities reach their goals. With a strong focus on the arts, RHD works with its Participants to develop new skills, become more integrated in the local community and explore a variety of employment opportunities. RHD also contracts directly with a number of school departments around the state to provide supports for students too young for adult services.
