Evergreen Drive Apartments —a project based Section 8 and Tax Credit Development designed for the Families, Elderly (62 years of age and older) and/or person with disabilities under 62 years of age. The community consists of (84 apts.) 30 one bedroom, 43 two bedroom, and 11 three bedroom apartments and is smoke free.

The Visitation Center serves families whose children are in the care of DCYF due to substance use or mental health concerns. Families are able to have supervised visits in a home-like setting while receiving support in their recovery. The program provides for: Supervised Visits - Visits in a home environment with a focus on everyday family activities. Clinical Oversight - consultation and assessment, observation and clinical work around visits, assistance with coordination of supports and help with parenting skill building. Family Recovery Coaching - support with the recovery process, information and resource connections and help navigating the child welfare system. Transportation - transportation for the children to visits, if needed.
