Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is available for eligible low-income households through September 30, 2023, or until funds are exhausted. The program helps eligible low-income households afford and maintain access to drinking water and wastewater services through federal grants. One-time payments are made directly to the household’s utility company.
LIHWAP can help with:
reconnection of water services
prevention of disconnection
past-due and current water or wastewater balances
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a seasonal program from October 1st to May 1st. LIHEAP helps households stay warm in the winter through programs that reduce the risk of health and safety problems that arise from unsafe heating practices.
Per season, a one-time supplemental grant is sent directly to vendors who then credit the client’s account for the amount specified. Eligible clients also qualify for a reduced electric rate.

Bradley School integrates individual and family therapy and other mental health services with its educational services to treat the behavioral and emotional issues affecting the child's learning.
