Child Outreach is a free service offered to all children 3 to 5 years old. Child Outreach provides information about your child’s development and resources that are available within your community. It can also help identify children who may need further assessment, intervention and/ or services at an early age to promote positive outcomes in kindergarten and beyond.

Thrive’s Residential Services connects adults who are experiencing severe and persistent mental illness with resources and community-based mental health support in a supported housing environment. The philosophy of Residential Services is based on a comprehensive yet intensive approach to treatment that helps residents achieve their highest quality of life. Thrive’s staff help clients learn how to control the symptoms of their mental illness and achieve increased independence in all aspects of their daily lives. Thrive offers two types of supportive living environments: Group Homes and Supervised Apartments.

The East Greenwich Police Department has 32 police officers, an animal control officer, parking control officer, 5 dispatchers, an administrative assistant and a secretary. The officers have received CPR, Automatic Emergency Defibrillator and first aid training. The Department has a complete Bureau Criminal Identification unit, a Traffic Accident Reconstructionist and a Tactical Special Response Team. Many officers are graduates of the University of Rhode Island Criminalist School, with training in scientific investigation, photography and fingerprinting. The Department can assist residents with employment fingerprint services, vin verification checks and car seat installation. Project Based Development Ralph aRusso Manor consists of twenty-two one-bedroom apartments for seniors and the disabled. Supportive services for persons with disabilities are available. The building has two stories but lacks an elevator. The building is located in a rural setting, very close to public transportation.

They provide holistic case management on a walk-in basis to the homeless population. They give people hope and help them build their own support system with intensive case management. All people navigating services get intensive case management to facilitate their success. SOAR: (SSI/SSDI Outreach and Access to Recovery) This highly intensive program offers a fast track to SSI/SSDI benefits for chronically homeless disabled individuals.
