Families are able to have supervised visits in a home-like setting while receiving support in their recovery. The program provides for: Supervised Visits - Visits in a home environment with a focus on everyday family activities. Clinical Oversight - consultation and assessment, observation and clinical work around visits, assistance with coordination of supports and help with parenting skill building. Family Recovery Coaching - support with the recovery process, information and resource connections and help navigating the child welfare system. With nearly 100,000 visits each year, the Health Center’s central location is at 21 Peace Street in Providence and at satellite locations in Pawtucket and Johnston, Rhode Island. The Center has convenient hours of operation, accepts all forms of insurance, and offers a sliding fee based on income to individuals who qualify. Our multicultural staff speaks a variety of languages including, but not limited to, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Interpreter services are available for patients who speak other languages.
