Urgent Care for non-emergent injuries and illnesses

A member of the AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association). Services: Improving animal and human health. Advancing the veterinary medical profession. RIVMA has developed a special program to help low-income pet owners afford the cost of spaying or neutering their pets. Through this program, eligible pet owners can receive a discounted rate on spay or neuter surgery at participating veterinary hospitals and clinics throughout Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts.

OSVS strives to make veterinary care affordable for every pet owner, but sadly, many pet owners simply cannot afford such care. In an effort to assist some of these owners and help keep these pets as part of their family, OSVS administers a number of assistance funds which are designed to provide financial support to clients in need. OSVS and its staff do not use any of this money for administrative costs; all donated funds go directly toward patient care. The Adolescent Health Center serves as a �medical home� for the Met students. It serves students from ages 13 to 20. Services:

The mission of the RISPCA is to protect and advocate for the rights and welfare of animals through legal, educational, legislative and investigative means.
