Suicide Prevention Hotlines | Thrive Behavioral Health

Thrive Behavioral Health's mission is to improve the quality of life for men, women, children and families facing behavioral health challenges. They do this through a wide range of mental health, substance abuse and trauma-informed programs, and with the commitment of experienced and dedicated professionals. Staff collaborates fully to ensure a holistic approach to care that treats the person, not the illness. Provides residential services to adults with psychiatric disabilities, 18 - 75. Assertive case management services provided by the mobile treatment team to the supported living facilities, scattered site apartments in the East Bay area, and adults wit psychiatric disabilities and dually disordered adults living independently in the community in various living accommodations. The Kent Center and Riverwood Mental Health Services merged in 2017 to form Thrive Behavioral Health. Suicide Prevention Hotlines | National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across the United States. The Lifeline is comprised of a national network of over 200 local crisis centers, combining custom local care and resources with national standards and best practices. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is funded by the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and administered by Vibrant Emotional Health. Counselors at locally-operated crisis centers across the country answer all of the Lifeline's calls and chats. Suicide Prevention Programs | BH Link

Behavioral Health Link is a comprehensive program to service individuals who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis (mental health and/or substance abuse use) by establishing a community based, 24/7 hotline and triage center. BH has 5 treatment bays and can assist 8-10 individuals at one time. BH Link provides immediate treatment and help for people and connect them to appropriate care, 24/7 with access to the following services: Crisis Management and Stabilization Clinical Assessment System Navigation Emergency Medication Prescribing Psychiatric Consultation Services Peer Support Mobile Crisis Unit Continued Engagement and Connection to Follow-Up Services Connections to Treatment and Recovery Support Connections to Recovery Housing Care Management Skilled Nursing

Suicide Prevention Hotlines | Providence Center - Adult Outpatient Services

Emergency services are conducted on-site at The Providence Center and in the community. Assessments are conducted 24 hours a day, seven days a week for adults, children and adolescents experiencing a psychiatric or substance abuse emergency. Whenever clinically appropriate, they seek community alternatives to hospitalization.
