If hospitalization is necessary, it will be provided under a transfer agreement with South County, Newport, Rhode Island, Roger Williams, Kent, Fatima, and Westerly Hospitals. All other instate or out of state Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Home Care Agencies may be used as deemed appropriate.
