Daily living in a family atmosphere develops a sense of normalcy and belonging in a non-threatening, supportive, educative and chemically free environment. The program places a strong emphasis on the Twelve Step Program of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous. Assertiveness training as well as physical and recreational activities are designed to improve health and appearance. Special emphasis is placed on helping each woman develop positive feelings of self-worth that will support the ultimate goal of sobriety. A relapse prevention specialist provides residential and outpatient relapse prevention services. Eastman House also offers a continuing after care program. A private, nonsectarian, not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization that supports individuals in their recovery from mental illness and co-occurring disorders (i.e., substance use, developmental disability, related chronic health conditions). Provides access to support and resources for individuals to lead self-determined, independent, and fulfilling lives as contributing members of the community. Assists people of all ages to improve their behavioral health, well-being, and quality of life. Licensed professionals conduct individual assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans. Individuals are seen by a psychiatrist or a psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication management, and individual and group therapy are available. The Kent Center Provides: behavioral health services ranging from emergency services, general and intensive community-based outpatient treatment, substance use treatment, and other services. They may offer vocational and supported employment services, navigators who can help you get health insurance, tax preparation assistance, and housing supports. If receiving services as a child, assistance with transition to adult services or programs are provided within or outside the agency. The Fogarty Center offers individual Person-Centered services for job seekers with intellectual/developmental disabilities by offering a comprehensive progression of employment-related services. These services include; Discovery, Career Exploration, Job Trial/Assessment, Placement, Job Coaching and Monitoring. The Fogarty Center also supports adults by planning meaningful activities throughout the day, based on personal preference, within a variety of settings including day programs as well as locations within the community. The Wyatt Detention Facility is a maximum security, 746-bed facility housing adult detainees who are in the custody of the US Marshal Service (USMS). It is Rhode Island�s only adult correction facility to be accredited by the American Correctional Association (ACA). The facility is owned and operated by the Central Falls Detention Facility Corporation, a quasi-private corporation made of up a five-member board of directors.

Case/Care Management at Westbay Community Action includes: FCCP: A voluntary program for children who are at risk for abuse or neglect or who have serious emotional disturbance. FCCP connects families with natural supports in their extended families and in the community. FCCP does not provide direct services. Instead the program provides referrals, support, guidance, and advocacy. Elder Case Management: Provides assessment, monitoring and protective services for seniors.
