Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) serves people who have disabilities or chronic care needs in the setting ideal for them and their families. Services may be episodic or on-going. Services may be provided in a person's home, the community (for example, shared living or assisted living), or institutional settings (for example, intermediate care facilities, hospitals, or nursing homes) to optimize their health and retain their independence. People of all ages may need long term care. Genoa Healthcare operates at the Hope Valley location. They provide patients with a convenient option for filling prescriptions where they receive their medical, behavioral health and dental care. Genoa Health care provides specialized pharmacy offerings to simplify the patient's medications, convenient medication mailing options and assistance with authorizations and insurance plans.

Services: 9-1-1 is the emergency telephone number for all cities and towns in Rhode Island. Through a computerized telecommunications network, callers in any of Rhode Island's 39 cities and towns can dial 9-1-1 for all emergencies (police, fire, or medical). The 9-1-1 Telecommunicator will know your location, even if you are unable to talk to them. Emergency services will be dispatched to your location. Education and informational materials and programs are available.

The Traffic Tribunal is part of the Rhode Island unified court system and is comprised of eight (8) judicial officers, which include a Chief Magistrate, an Administrative Magistrate, two (2) Associate Judges, and four (4) Magistrates. The Traffic Tribunal has original jurisdiction over civil traffic offenses committed in Rhode Island, including breathalyzer refusals. Further, the Traffic Tribunal has authority over certain Department of Environmental Management offenses. The Traffic Tribunal has oversight responsibilities and concurrent jurisdiction with the Municipal Courts for lesser traffic offenses. The Traffic Tribunal operates several daily calendars including arraignments, trials, motions, and citation (collections) cases. The court also has an Appeals Division which processes Traffic Tribunal, Municipal Court, and Division of Motor Vehicle appeals.

Blackstone Valley Community Health Care offers behavioral health treatment to support the emotional wellbeing of each patient. The Behavioral Health team works closely with primary care providers to screen and assess the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of each patient. Counseling treatment is provided by highly trained Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Mental Health Counselors. Services include: Individual Therapy, 1:1 support for patients to help address mental health challenges to change or improve quality of life; Group Therapy allows patients to receive support from our behavioral health clinicians and other members of the group, helping them to feel less alone or isolated; Referral Services for those in need of more intensive, wrap-around services than BVCHC can provide, connecting to local community resources; Peer Recovery Coaching, offered by a certified recovery specialist to provide insight into the recovery process and help patients become and stay engaged in the recovery process to reduce the likelihood of relapse; Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) an evidence-based practice used to identify, reduce, and prevent problematic use, abuse, and dependence on alcohol and illicit drugs.

Healthcare access- Support accessing medical care, health services, and health insurance assistance Financial Aid: Temporary financial support for utility bills, rent, and other essential expenses. Services: Provides outpatient rehabilitation programs to people of all ages with a wide range of functional disabilities caused by accident, illness, or developmental delay. Programs offered are day school program for children ages 3 - 21, with language/learning disorders and brain injury; brain injury day treatment program for adult clients; comprehensive outpatient program and vocational rehabilitation services. Offers evaluation and treatment in audiology, speech/language therapy, special education, occupational/physical therapy, psychological/social services and vocational training. Special features include non-commercial advice on hearing aids, augmentative communication systems, group treatment services, parent workshops, support groups and consult services.
