Parents As Teachers (PAT) is a program that provides access to resources within our community. PAT is a home visiting program designed to provide all parents of children from prenatal to age five with the information and support they need to give their child the best possible start in life. PAT services are available to all North Kingstown residents, free of charge and delivered by trained and certified home visitors.Parents As Teachers (PAT) is a program of the North Kingstown Public School Department that supports families in understanding child development.
