South County Health’s accredited medical laboratory provides diagnostic laboratory testing, and phlebotomy services for outpatients. Under certain circumstances, home draw services for homebound patients may also be available. South County Health operates six outpatient laboratory testing sites throughout southern Rhode Island. No appointment is necessary.

Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) serves people who have disabilities or chronic care needs in the setting ideal for them and their families. Services may be episodic or on-going. Services may be provided in a person's home, the community (for example, shared living or assisted living), or institutional settings (for example, intermediate care facilities, hospitals, or nursing homes) to optimize their health and retain their independence. People of all ages may need long term care. Services: A culinary training program for low-income, unemployed and welfare-to-work adults based on a national model that provides a full time 14-week/400 hour program. Throughout the training program, students use donated meat, packaged and canned goods, prepared and perishable food and fresh produce from our Community Harvest program to create nutritious meals for community meal sites and Kids Cafe, a community meal program exclusively for children at risk of hunger. This program offers training, workshops, hands on experience, certifications and employment opportunities. Community Kitchen provides a full chef�s uniform. FIP recipients receive transportation reimbursement and free child care during the program

Foundations Academy (formerly the Regional Alternative Program): Provides special needs students - diagnosed with behavioral and emotional disorders - with an alternative to traditional schools.
