Villa Victoria is a LIHTC project completed in 2007. The property has 40 units in scattered sites. Four of the seven buildings are are new construction, the other three are ornate, historically significant Victorian homes. CharterCARE visiting nurse service is unique in that the clinical staff practices primary nursing. They will systematically assess, plan, deliver, and continually evaluate an individualized plan of care for each patient. Skilled Care: Clinical staff provides skilled training in the use, care and management of various medical devices including; G-tubes, J-tubes and foley catheters. We provide training in and assistance with injection therapy, oxygen therapy, ostomy care, tracheostomy care, the administration of insulin for diabetics, medication management, disease management and wound care. Advance Wound Care Every one of our nurses has been trained and is proficient in performing negative pressure wound therapy, a state of the art technology proven to significantly reduce healing time for chronic wounds. (ie: Wound Vac, Renosys and Engenex). Telemonitoring Our telemonitoring program is an adjunct to nursing visits and physician care. Upon the physician order, equipment is installed in the home for the patient. The equipment allows the patient to take daily measurements of weight, blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation. Results are monitored daily by an RN. Nutritional Services CharterCARE Home Health utilizes registered dieticians (RDs), food and nutrition experts who have met American Dietetic Association (ADA) criteria to earn the RD credential. RDs are available to assess a patient's nutritional needs, develop and implement nutrition programs, and evaluate and report the results.

Clínica Esperanza provides linguistically-appropriate, culturally-attuned medical care to uninsured adults living in Rhode Island. Since 2010, they have served more than 10,000 patients, 80% of whom are Spanish-speaking, through the clinic and health education programs. Free healthcare is provided by a team of multi-lingual volunteers and core staff. They believe healthcare is a human right.

The Family Court maintains a voluntary adoption reunion registry. The registry is located on the second floor, Juvenile Department, in the Garrahy Judicial Complex.

The National Museum of American Illustration (NMAI) was founded in 1998 by Judy Goffman Cutler and Laurence S. Cutler to house their collection of primarily "Golden Age" American Illustration art, yet the museum also exhibits American illustration from all periods, styles and talents. The Museum venue is Vernon Court (1898), an interpretation of an 18th century French château from the "Gilded Age of Architecture," designed by Carrère & Hastings, architects for many notable landmark buildings such as the NY Public Library, the US Senate and House Office Buildings, Lord Duveen's New York Galleries, the Neue Gallery, The Flagler Museum, and The Frick Collection. The NMAI's goal is to present a venue for the public to appreciate the collection of American illustration art in perpetuity.
