MISSION: To enhance and expand delivery of legal services to indigent and low-income immigrants principally through diocesan immigration programs and to meet the immigration needs identified by the Catholic Church in the United States. CLINIC and its member agencies serve vulnerable and low-income immigrants without reference to their race, religion, gender, ethnic group or distinguishing characteristics.

Member of the Assistive Technology Access Partnership: Device demonstration, device loan, device re-use; training, public awareness, collaboration, information and referral. Provides demonstrations, training, and long-term loan and device reutilization services of specialized telephone equipment to qualified individuals who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, have a speech disability, or have neuromuscular damage or disease, which hinders them from using a standard telephone.

An assisted living located in St. Germain Manor, a secure, non- smoking 10-story apartment building near the heart of Downtown Woonsocket, St. Germain Assisted Living consists of one-bedroom apartments that offer the added care and services of an assisted living home. The property is managed by the Woonsocket Housing Authority, which adheres to the federal housing code, making St. Germain Manor a safe, affordable, and comfortable place to live. All applicants must meet the Housing Authority’s income, age and disability guidelines. Services and amenities at St. Germain are managed by Aldersbridge Consultants, a private management company that grew out of Aldersbridge Communities’ (formerly United Methodist Elder Care) nearly 50 years of providing affordable housing and healthcare for older adults. Our operations are guided by a value-driven and compassionate philosophy of treating each resident as an individual as they become part of our unique family. We provide high-quality, person-centered care while respecting individual needs and wants. Our goal is to provide residents with the opportunity to live comfortably and safely with dignity and respect in a caring community.

Speech Therapy Speech therapy is prescribed to help patients who are experiencing difficulty speaking, communicating their thoughts, or swallowing. Our speech pathologists often treat patients with neurodegenerative diseases, memory and movement disorders, traumatic brain injury and stroke limitations. They begin by assessing the patient's speech, hearing, language, and swallowing abilities and then plan, implement, and evaluate a course of therapy.

Services: Peer support in a non-structured environment where mental health consumers can stop by to relax, socialize and help develop whatever services and programs they want. Activities run as members feel appropriate. Mental health referral services available. The Oasis Advocacy & Social Center is consumer-run. MHCA/Oasis has been in RI since 1985 (formerly known as CCSA).
