Assisted Daily Living, Inc. provides clients with a wide array of services designed to ensure superior patient care in the familiar comfort of home, often providing a happier and more affordable alternative to nursing, or assisted living facilities. Services can be arranged for a few hours a week or around the clock. ADL begins by reviewing the specific needs of the client through discussions with family members, as well as the care recipient's doctor, social workers or therapists. A customized program of care is developed to manage the client's daily needs. ADL will match the clients needs to the best possible caregiver, based on both professional experience and on ability characteristics. THERAPIST'S - PT, OT, ST: Therapists including physical therapists, occupational and speech therapists assist in the rehabilitation of those with physical injuries or disease. Restoration of mobility, strength, dexterity, balance and communication skills is often the purpose for therapy. Helping individuals who are disabled by physical injuries or disease to regain maximum function with activities of daily living is always a main priority.

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Feeding and Nutrition Program provides food vouchers allowing them to purchase milk, eggs, cheese, juice and iron fortified cereals and formula. The WIC coordinator provides nutrition education and counseling to all program participants on a monthly basis. West Bay currently operates two Alternative Learning Programs for student in grades K-12. Both programs are located in district settings (Cranston K-6 and Warwick 6-12), but accept students from districts across the state if seats are available. Both settings provide individualized and small group instruction in a therapeutic environment. The aim is to help students return to their sending schools once they have learned new ways of managing themselves and their behaviors; however, for some students, remaining in West Bay’s classes is the best option, and they are able to complete their school year with us.

RIWorks Statewide Community Partnersip – The RIWorks Statewide Community Partners network targets unemployed and underemployed individuals who are receiving assistance through the RI Department of Human Services RIWorks. The program provides access to a comprehensive range of supportive services with the goal of addressing barriers and increasing employability in order to obtain long-term stable employment.

West House is a subsidized 62+ housing complex featuring efficiencies and 1 bedroom apartments with extensive common areas.

Bradley Hospital is a resource for families in need of professional mental health care or who are looking for guidance regarding common emotional and social issues children and adolescents face. Bradley Hospital's website contains a library of articles, fact sheets, and videos that cover the spectrum of conditions and behaviors, ranging from improving communication with a child to managing anger. The Parenting Matters Minute video series, along with many of the educational resources provided, is authored by staff of Bradley Hospital, a national leader in the treatment and research of child and adolescent mental health. Services for parents include: Compassionate one-on-one consultations from clinical staff; Emergency and urgent evaluations at Access Center; Dedicated family advocacy from a family liaison, who helps families understand and navigate the health care system; Useful and important suggestions about education programs for your child; Advice regarding accessing community resources; Coordination of family support groups; The Family Advisory Council, which strives to improve understanding and communication between the hospital staff and the family members they serve. A Brown University affiliated psychiatric center providing care for infants, children, adolescents, young adults and their families. Services include a full range of mental health and special educational programs for children with emotional and/or developmental disabilities. Bradley School integrates individual and family therapy and other mental health services with its educational services to treat the behavioral and emotional issues affecting the child's learning. Services include comprehensive and short-term diagnostic evaluations, accredited special education school, summer camp and on-site school counseling. Maternal Child Home Visiting provides child development, health and social services to newborns and their families as well as families with young children. Healthy Families America (HFA) is designed to help parents with understanding and caring for their infant’s needs, building strong parent child connections, breastfeeding and feeding support, and helping children learn and grow to reach their potential. Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a home based program that supports parents by teaching them the skills they need to teach their children and enhance their development and also supports families with monthly community activities and family events. Both programs enrolls pregnant families and families with children up to 4 years old. Both programs are free and help families connect with other services and supports that they feel they need.

Adult day program for the elderly and disabled that offers a six week health education program called Take Control of Your Health. Nutritional meal provided at noon and two daily snacks, senior advocacy program, daily fitness program, leisure activities, RIDE program for transportation, and a social worker on staff. Individuals with diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, memory loss are especially encouraged to attend the Center because their program is specifically designed for these health conditions.
