New Horizons Adult Day Center provides disabled adults and seniors a variety of medical services onsite, including: nutritional support, transportation, medical management, personal care assistance, and daily therapeutic programming. The staff team includes registered and licensed practical nurses, case managers, certified nursing assistants and activity professionals who create individualized plans of care for each client.

Resources for Human Development-RI helps adults with developmental disabilities reach their goals. With a strong focus on the arts, RHD works with its Participants to develop new skills, become more integrated in the local community and explore a variety of employment opportunities. RHD also contracts directly with a number of school departments around the state to provide supports for students too young for adult services.
