These plans follow Medicare rules. Part D covers medically necessary prescription drugs including insulin and related supplies. This plan is intended for prescription coverage only, it does not offer coverage for any other services. In addition, out of pocket cost varies based on coverage and prescriptions that the member has. This plan has a benchmark deductible and monthly premium that are set every year. The Cabrini Fund provides scholarships to help working families with the cost of licensed child care. Established in 2006, this program is named in honor of Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini, 1850-1917. Cabrini Scholarships pay part of the cost (up to $100/month) of licensed child care for working families with children twelve years of age or younger. Payments are made directly to the child care provider. Providers must be licensed/certified by the State of Rhode Island and may be Child Care Centers, Home Based Providers or Before/After School programs.

The East Bay Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) Program helps Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries prevent, detect, and report health care fraud. SMP not only protects seniors, it also helps to preserve the integrity of the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Senior Medicare Patrol staff and volunteers work with beneficiaries to: -Review their Medicare Summary Notices for accuracy -Protect their identity -Identify and report errors on their health care bills -Identify deceptive health care practices, such as illegal marketing, providing unnecessary or inappropriate services, and charging for services that were not provided -SMP also conducts informational sessions for seniors about avoiding Medicare and Medicaid scams.

The RISE Clinic at The Miriam Hospital provides specialty consultation related to tuberculosis (TB) care in partnership with the Rhode Island Department of Health. The clinic works with patients who have developed tuberculosis and those at who have been exposed and are at a high risk of developing tuberculosis.

The Fogarty Center offers individual Person-Centered services for job seekers with intellectual/developmental disabilities by offering a comprehensive progression of employment-related services. These services include; Discovery, Career Exploration, Job Trial/Assessment, Placement, Job Coaching and Monitoring. The Fogarty Center also supports adults by planning meaningful activities throughout the day, based on personal preference, within a variety of settings including day programs as well as locations within the community.
