CCAP's Employment, Training, and Education Programs assist the youth of Rhode Island ages 14 - 24 through free education, training programs, Work Readiness and Job Placement assistance. They provide a full range of services to youth enrolled in school and out of school. All enrollees are connected with a case manager to assist them in their education or employment goals throughout the program. Cash incentives and bus tickets are given to those who qualify. The Rhode Island Pharmaceutical Assistance to Elders (RIPAE) Program pays a portion of the cost of RIPAE-approved medications purchased during the Deductible stage of a Part D plan. There are four levels to this program; levels 1-3 are for older adults 65+ and older, and level 4 is for adults 55-64 who are disabled. Annual income(s) determine into which level of the program individuals are enrolled.
