Assists people of all ages to improve their behavioral health, well-being, and quality of life. Licensed professionals conduct individual assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans. Individuals are seen by a psychiatrist or a psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication management, and individual and group therapy are available. Providence Center-(Prairie) Provides: behavioral health services ranging from emergency services, general and intensive community-based outpatient treatment, substance use treatment, and other services. They may offer vocational and supported employment services, navigators who can help you get health insurance, tax preparation assistance, and housing supports.
