A licensed skilled nursing facility (SNF) that provides Short Term Rehab (physical, occupational & speech therapy) and long-term care services for up to 50 residents at Forest Farm Assisted Living. Forest Farm is staffed on a 24-hour basis with qualified nurses and certified nursing assistants. The Kosher Meals on Wheels program from Jewish Collaborative Services delivers nutritious kosher meals to homebound seniors and disabled individuals. Part of our kosher nutrition program, Kosher Meals on Wheels provides an essential safety net for hundreds of community members who might otherwise face malnutrition.

An important part of the Providence Art Club's mission is the preservation of four historic buildings. From the early years of the organization's existence, these properties have been the face of the Club to the public and the pulsating hub of the members activities. The Cumberland Senior Center is committed to providing an array of quality services to enrich and educate their senior citizens. They encourage and assist individuals in achieving a lifestyle in which they can remain an active and productive member of the community. Services include day trips and exercise classes. Membership is $8 per year to join the Cumberland Senior Center. Non-residents' cost is $12 for the annual membership. Programs: a variety of educational, informational and recreational programs for seniors are offered through the year. Senior Van - transportation is available, including center pick-ups and drop-offs, for local shopping and appointments. Daily Lunches - $3 lunches are served daily at 11:30. Reservations are needed.

Esmond Village is a subsidized housing facility with 140 1 & 2 bedroom units.

Programs that pick up and impound or return to their owners domestic animals who have strayed from their homes. Also included are programs that enforce leash laws and animal sanitation ordinances and those that handle complaints regarding domestic animals who have bitten someone or are otherwise making nuisances of themselves. Most animal control programs are unable to handle nuisance wildlife unless the animal is sick or shows symptoms of rabies.

Eleanor Slater Hospital is a two-campus hospital. The hospital provides long -term acute and post -acute hospital level of care to patients with complex medical and psychiatric needs. ESH emphasizes collaboration among its leadership, physicians, nurses, and rehabilitative staff reviewing all processes associated with operations and quality care. Processes are continually modified or redesigned resulting in higher quality care for our patient population and improved operations.
