They work collaboratively to offer safety, support, advocacy, education and a network of services to residents of Washington County. DVRCSC has a confidential safe home for women who face homelessness as a result of domestic violence. Additional services include a Drop-In Advocacy Center, Support Groups and One-on-One Counseling by appointment. They offer education and outreach on the subject of healthy relationships, dating violence, cyber stalking and techno-abuse. DVRCSC can provide Court Advocates at McGrath Judicial Complex in Wakefield.

Developmental disabilities or delays can affect a child’s speech, physical ability, or social skills. Children referred to the Early Intervention Program receive a comprehensive developmental evaluation to determine if they are eligible. One of the goals of Early Intervention is to provide support to families so their children can develop to their fullest potential. Services are provided in places where children usually play or take part in daily activities.

Men and Women Residential treatment combines vital counseling, educational, and recreational programs that challenge residents to understand the nature of their substance use disorder, commit to living without alcohol and drugs, and acquire successful life skillsProvides treatment for substance dependent adults. Continuum of care ranges from medically monitored detoxification to short- and long-term residential treatment. The detoxification program offers safe withdrawal from substance use, admitting clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Each client is seen by a licensed physician. The average length of stay is between four and seven days, with an extended-stay option of up to 30 additional days. For those requiring longer treatment, residential care is available for longer than 90 days. Counseling, educational, and recreational programs that challenge residents to understand the nature of their substance abuse, commit to living without alcohol and drugs, and acquire successful life skills. Because successful recovery requires the involvement and support of each resident's family, individual and group family sessions are integral components of treatment. Phoenix House also offers individualized aftercare tracks, key components of completion.
