Bradford Court Apartments is a ninety eight unit elderly preference site, located in the rural village of Pascoag, RI. Applicants have to meet the Low Income Housing Tax Credit guidelines and residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent. Bradford Court Apartments is a smoke free building. Rent includes electricity, heat and hot water.

There are going to be three main types of places where people will be able to get vaccinated: The first type of place is a state-run vaccination site. The second location where vaccine will be available will be retail pharmacies. The third type of place where people will be able to get vaccinated is local and regional vaccination sites. These will include community clinics run by cities and towns. It will also include vaccination happening through some hospital and healthcare systems, community health centers, and other sites in the community. Registration for these sites will be determined by municipalities.

Works to lead and influence change that improves the quality of life for Latinos in Rhode Island. CHisPA works with community groups, educational institutions, federal, state and local government units, foundations and corporations to improve opportunities for Latinos and other minority groups. Newport Heights is a mixed-income development located on Aquidneck Island. In total, there are 49 market-rate apartments and 250 affordable apartments that have various layers of subsidy available to tenants.

Owned and operated by the Pezzelli Family, Golden Crest is a 152-bed, skilled nursing facility providing comprehensive skilled nursing care, rehabilitation programs, and complex medical services. Services: Houses 26 families and 8 women daily. Shelter stays are limited to 90 days but can be renewed based on progress demonstrated by participants or impending permanent housing. Case managers assist participants with healthcare, employment and establishing permanent housing. Help also available for: mental health issues, addiction, developmental delays in children, parenting and domestic violence. Case managers access services directly through Family Resources Community Action Program or collaborative agreements with other local non profit organizations. Offers meetings twice a year, Fall and Spring, a newsletter, parent support meetings, annual conferences, an up-to-date library, social events and new parent information packets, Buddy Walk, holiday party. They offer parents support, information, and advocate in the service system and in the community. We also offer newsletters, public awareness activities, and support. DSSRI provides information, experience, and support on challenges associated with raising a child with Down syndrome. We share this information with parents, family members, professionals and other individuals through informational meetings with speakers and panels, newsletters , and special events. DSSRI also provides support on an individual, parent- to- parent basis. DSSRI offers free New Parent Baskets to new Down syndrome families, which includes books about Down syndrome, pamphlets, toys, and something for mom and dad to help celebrate their new little one. DSSRI also serves as a resource for professionals interested in parental concerns. We provide speakers to schools, colleges, professional organizations and civic/ fraternal groups. DSSRI also advocates in the service system and in the community for all individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
