Intermediate and advanced level English language classes designed to help improve communication skills in preparation for job training and/or going directly into the workforce. Staff will create an individual learning plan that best suits your educational needs and career goals. Mae provides quality clothing, accessories, and shoe items at no cost to the homeless and low-income households. They accept personal donations of gently used items and make these available at our weekly food service locations.

Dorcas International provides client-centered services, advocacy and opportunities in family literacy and adult education, employment services, refugee resettlement, translation, interpretation, U.S. citizenship and immigration services. It operates out of two campuses providing services to the community including Immigration and Citizenship services, Refugee Resettlement, the Clothing Collaborative, English as a Second Language programs, and Interpreting and Translating services.

Saint Elizabeth Manor is a skilled nursing and rehab center in Bristol and has a long history of providing quality care in the East Bay. With 133 beds, Saint Elizabeth Manor provides short term rehab, long-term care, specialized memory care, and hospice care.

The RISE Clinic at The Miriam Hospital provides specialty consultation related to tuberculosis (TB) care in partnership with the Rhode Island Department of Health. The clinic works with patients who have developed tuberculosis and those at who have been exposed and are at a high risk of developing tuberculosis.

A federally licensed non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Rhode Island community with blood and blood components. The Center has an active tissue typing laboratory which supports bone marrow transplantation and parentage testing. The Rhode Island Blood Center is a donor center for the National Marrow Donor Program and has an active Pheresis Program.

Provides mentoring, internships, work readiness workshops, career exploration trips and presentations, volunteer opportunities, leadership development, and financial literacy.

Blackstone Valley Arc group homes provide 24-hour supports in a home setting of three to five individuals. Staff assists with adult daily living skills, household chores, budgeting money, medical appointments and social and recreational activities. Group living arrangements offer the best opportunity to receive maximum support and resources. Agency supports many individuals in their own apartments, either on their own or with a roommate. A wide variety of services are provided including training on budgeting, paying bills, shopping, medical appointments, cooking, home maintenance and transportation issues as well as other needs as necessary.

School-based one-to-one mentoring programs. Mentoring is done on school grounds, during the school day, throughout the school year.

Rhode Island Zoological Society (RIZS) is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization that supports and maintains Roger Williams Park Zoo. RIZS works to secure the public and private sector support needed by the Zoo to continue to develop new world-class exhibits, make significant contributions to conservation, and serve the community as a valuable source of environmental education, recreation, and economic development. Founded in 1962 in order to increase public awareness and support for the Roger Williams Park Zoo. It has effectively communicated the zoo's mission statement of recreation, education, conservation and research. Funds raised have created important exhibits making Roger Williams Park Zoo one of the few nationally prominent zoos in the Northeast.
