Our goal is to work with patients to achieve their optimum level of functioning. When those treatment goals are met, the patient is ready to move on. Treatment plans can include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language therapy, along with nursing care oriented to the needs of rehabilitation patients. The patients most appropriate for this program are those whose diagnoses are orthopedic conditions, stroke, neurological disorders, or those who have experienced general weakness or de-conditioning following surgery or an illness. We help patients develop language and speech skills to regain control and increase their communication skills.
