Instead the program provides referrals, support, guidance, and advocacy. Elder Case Management: Provides assessment, monitoring and protective services for seniors. Warwick Case Management: Offers long-term support services to at-risk Warwick residents.

Rhode Islanders with urgent need due to sickness, job loss or reduction in work hours due to COVID-19 and who are excluded from federal programs. The program and fund distribution will be managed by Dorcas International Institute of RI (DIIRI). $400 no-fee auto-loaded no-fee debit cards will be provided to those in need.
