University Heights is a mixed property with market rates and also participates in the Housing Tax Credit Program This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. Warren Center provides ShortStay and LongTerm Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative services which include Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Respiratory Therapies in our newly renovated Rehabilitation Gym.
