RSVP involves community members 55 years and older interested in socializing with others, working in the community, and learning new skills to provide quality services to our East Bay community. Volunteers provide various services through our partner programs. Volunteers tackle issues like food insecurity, isolation in the community, tax preparation, and health insurance counseling.

Hospital charity care requirements cover those essential services necessary to diagnose, correct, or cure a medical condition that endangers life, causes pain and suffering, results in illness or infirmity, or causes a physical deformity or malfunction. Both inpatient and outpatient services are included. To receive full charity care, patients annual family income must be up to and including 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. For partial charity care, patients annual family income must be between 200% and 300% of the Federal Poverty Level may receive assistance based on a sliding scale. In addition to income, hospitals have the option to consider other assets. Also must be denied from Medicaid first depending on income. RI ADDult Support Group This group for adults with ADD/ADHD meets the third Thursday of each month (except July, August and December) in the Pine Room at Bradley Hospital.
