Pawtucket Center is tucked in the Darlington neighborhood of Pawtucket, RI. We offer a variety of services including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies to meet the needs of our ShortStay Rehabilitation patients and LongTerm Care residents. Our designated Transitional Care Unit (TCU) has private rooms available for those with special needs and/or simply for private accommodations. Together with our patients, families and interdisciplinary team, discharge planning begins the day of admission. Our therapy department also offers the Revital Care Program.

Physical therapy can be ordered for many reasons. Surgeons may have specific protocols for our therapy staff to follow. Therapists also work with patients who are deconditioned after illness, or hospitalization, or due to the progression of a disease process. These services include: Therapeutic exercises Range of motion Balance training Fall prevention strategies

Activities run as members feel appropriate. Mental health referral services available. The Oasis Advocacy & Social Center is consumer-run.

Long-term nursing at The Cove at Grace Barker is available for those who can no longer live safely in their own home, need medical management for chronic health conditions, and/or help with their activities of daily living.

One of Beavertail’s many activities is sightseeing, also provides saltwater fishing in the area, along with offering hiking trails, and a naturalist program.

Group psychotherapy practice specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy, an active and goal-oriented approach to treatment. The therapists create an extremely supportive relationship and help individuals to understand and change links between problematic thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
