Services: Provides therapeutic day services to victims of Alzheimer's Disease or a related dementia as well as education, support and advocacy for family caregivers. The Center is a safe, secure and happy "home away from home" where participants are encouraged to be optimally independent, but where assistance is always close at hand. Services include but are not limited to multidisciplinary care planning and case management, information and referral, nursing and personal care, nutritional services, therapeutic activities, and assistance in accessing transportation, financial assistance, and other health and enabling services. Through collaborative, contractual and cooperative agreements, the Center is able to enhance core services with physical, occupational and speech therapies; hospice care; podiatry; hair care and a variety of special programs. Kids Cafe is a program of Feeding America, the national network of food banks, and it is the nation's largest meal program exclusively for needy children. The Food Bank’s Kids Cafe serves healthy meals to children at risk of hunger at after school programs in local community centers. Students come directly from school and receive a delicious dinner to give them energy to focus, concentrate, and play during the rest of their day until it’s time for the to go home in the evening. They also learn about nutrition and making healthy choices when they eat. For many of the children, Kids Cafe provides their only meal for the evening.

Six month program and transitional housing for men, 18 and older in early recovery from substance abuse. Must be able to work. Provides referral services and crisis intervention. Our treatment program is based on the 12-step principles of recovery. We utilize evidence based therapy as well as other proven clinical methods. Residents are required to attend community based self-help groups, participate in individual and group counseling, join in weekly activity therapy and perform household chores.

Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's Lymphoma and myeloma and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Services: Free Family Support Groups led by trained facilitators on an as needed basis for patients, caregivers and loved ones. Guest speakers on special topics relating to cancer and wellness. Patient Aid: Provides financial assistance for medication relating to cancer treatment and transportation costs to and from treatment. First Connection: Matches recently diagnosed patients with trained volunteers who have experienced a similar situation. Volunteer survivors, or their family members, offer support and information to individuals learning to cope with any blood related cancers.
